This article details a statement of compliance for ExpressVPN Aircove and Aircove Go under the UK’s Product Security and Telecommunications Infrastructure (PTSI) regime.


PSTI Statement of Compliance

Express Technologies Ltd, hereinafter referred to as “ExpressVPN” hereby asserts that our devices fully comply with the security requisites delineated in Schedule 1 of The Product Security and Telecommunications Infrastructure (Security Requirements for Relevant Connectable Products) Regulations 2023.

Schedule 1 stipulates security mandates applicable to manufacturers of relevant connectable products, encompassing the ExpressVPN brand and its subsidiaries. This compliance includes:

  1. Each device possesses a unique password, either defined by the user or generated through a security mechanism that mitigates the risk of automated attacks targeting a particular class or type of device.
  2. Users can report vulnerabilities to ExpressVPN via email at security@expressvpn.com. Additionally, users will receive confirmation of the receipt of security issue reports and subsequent status updates until resolution. For further details, please refer to our Bug Bounty Program.
  3. ExpressVPN commits to delivering security updates for our products throughout the predefined support period specified here.
