Dare to Dream Competition: Full Terms & Conditions 

1. This Promotion is open to those aged 18 or over, excluding employees of the Promoter, Tottenham Hotspur FC, their agents and anyone professionally associated with this Promotion. 

2. Entrants must ensure that their participation (including acceptance of any prize) is lawful in accordance with the laws of their country of residence. This promotion is void where void under local national laws. The Promoter will not be taken to make any representations, express or implied, as to the lawfulness of any individual’s participation, or as to any other aspect of any Promotion, and will have sole discretion to disqualify an entrant whose participation is not lawful.

3. Purchase is necessary. Internet access and a valid email address are required. The winner will require a PayPal account to accept the £500 expenses and spending money.

4. Promotion Period: Enter between 09:00 GMT on the 26 December 2024 and 17:00 GMT on the 28 February 2025 inclusive.

5. To Enter: Visit expressvpn.com/spurs, expressvpn.com/tottenham-hotspur or expressvpn.com/go/tottenham-hotspur and purchase a subscription plan, including completing the required personal (email address) and payment details (by card or PayPal). Entrants will receive the relevant number of entries into the Prize Draw for the length of subscription purchased: 1-month subscription plan for 5 entries, 12-month subscription plan for 20 entries, 24-month subscription plan for 100 entries. Customers of ExpressVPN who do not purchase through these channels will not be entered.

6. Further Entry Details: 

1. 1. Entrants cannot refund their subscription. At the point of Prize Acceptance, entrants must be able to verify their subscription is still valid. 
   2. The subscription will automatically renew on an annual basis at the then-current rate unless cancelled. See full autorenewal details at checkout and in the order confirmation email.
   3. Maximum of 1 entry is permitted per person during the Promotion Period. 

7. The Prize: There will be 1 winner. The winner will win 1 x 3-day trip to London, UK for the winner and a guest including: 

1. 1. 2 x Locker Room tickets to watch Tottenham Hotspur FC v Nottingham Forest FC on 19 April 2025 at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, London (the “Match”) for the winner and a guest; 
   2. 1 x Private Stadium Tour of the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, London, (the “Stadium”) for the winner and a guest on the day before      the Match;
   3. 1 x 2024/5 season Tottenham Hotspur FC home shirt signed by over half of the players in the current squad.; 
   4. 1 x Congratulations message to the winner broadcast during the game, subject to the winner’s consent;
   5. 1 x Dare Skywalk at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium or F1 Drive London Sprint Session Experience at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium for the winner and a guest, subject to availability and the winner’s discretion; 
   6. 1 x Aircove Go portable VPN router;
   7. Return economy flights from an international airport in the winner’s home country to London, UK, or comparable transport as applicable, dependent on the winner’s home address, up to the value of £4,000. Transport arrangements, including flights and routes taken, will be subject to availability and the Promoter’s discretion;
   8. 1 x standard double room for 3 nights in a minimum 4* hotel in London for the winner and a guest, subject to availability and the Promoter’s discretion;
   9. 1 x £500 paid via PayPal to the winner for expenses and spending money.   

8. Further Prize Details and Conditions: 

1. 1. Fulfilment of the Prize will be arranged by email between the Promoter and the winner. The Promoter will make all reasonable efforts to provide the winner with details of the Prize at the earliest possible opportunity. The Promoter will have final discretion on all elements and aspects of how the Prize is organised. Once the Prize details including dates, locations are confirmed, these cannot be amended or altered by the winner.
   2. The guest must be aged 18+.  
   3. The winner will receive their Match tickets via email.  
   4. Dates of matches are subject to change (e.g. if televised match, schedule may dictate). 
   5. Entry to the Stadium is subject to the normal conditions of entry. The Promoter shall not be liable if you or any person accompanying you is refused entry because you do not meet these conditions. All tickets will be “home” tickets. Away fans are not permitted in the “home” section of the Stadium. Tottenham Hotspur FC has the right to refuse entry to any person who does not adhere to their terms, checks and requirements, regardless of possession of a valid ticket.
   6. Those who are on a football banning order, banned from any sports events or on a list of known “hooligans” are not allowed to enter this Promotion.
   7. All tickets issued shall be subject at all times to the terms and conditions available on the Tottenham Hotspur FC website at www.tottenhamhotspur.com/fans/membership/membership-terms/. The use of a ticket to enter the Stadium constitutes acceptance of the Home Match Day Ticket Terms and Conditions and the Terms and Conditions of Entry. The ticket shall remain at all times the property of the Tottenham Hotspur      Football Club.
   8. The winner and their guest must comply with the Tottenham Hostpur FC  Ground Regulations, found at  www.tottenhamhotspur.com/the-stadium/ground-regulations/.

   10. The Stadium tour will take place the day before the Match. 
   11. If the winner chooses the Dare Skywalk, the winner and their guest must comply with the following conditions: 
       • The winner and their guest must sign a waiver in advance of their visit.
       • The winner and their guest must have a minimum height of 1.2m and a maximum weight of 130kg/21stone/286lbs.
       • The winner and their guest must not be knowingly pregnant. 
       • The winner and their guest must wear socks. 
   12. If the winner chooses the F1 Drive London Experience, the winner and their guest must have a minimum height of 1.5m. 
   13. The Aircove Go will be provided to the winner on the day of the Match. 
   14. Any warranty is subject to the original manufacturer’s warranty period.
   15. By participating in the Promotion, entrants agree that the Prize is awarded on an “as is” basis, and that the Promoter makes no representations or warranties of any nature with respect to the Prize.

   17. Airline seats are subject to availability.
   18. Lounge passes and upgrades are not permitted. Flights cannot be used in conjunction with the Promoter’s/any loyalty programme, any other discount, discount coupon(s) or voucher(s), promotion(s) or special offer. Frequent Flyer points cannot be accrued on the flight tickets or any loyalty programme.
   19. The winner and their guests must abide by and are subject to the airline’s Conditions of Carriage and Booking Terms and Conditions.
   20. The winner and their guest will require a passport valid for at least 6 months on date of travel; any necessary visas or travel insurance are the responsibility of the winner and their guest. In the event the winner or their guest are unable to travel due to visa or other personal circumstances, no alternative tickets will be issued, and no compensation or other prize will be provided.
   21. The winner and their guest must travel together in all instances, on the same dates and time, take the same trip and share the same room in all provided accommodation. The winner will forgo the Prize in totality if the winner fails to attend the scheduled booking, and the Promoter and any Prize providers shall have no further obligation to the winner. All elements must be taken together.
   22. The Prize will be forfeited if:
       • The winner has not obtained all of the proper travel documents by the date specified by the Promoter; 
       • The winner has any immigration complications which prevent them from entering, leaving or travelling within the pre-booked period; or
       • The winner has any medical, legal or any other reason that would prevent them from accepting and participating in the Prize.
   23. It will be the winner’s and their guest’s responsibility to take out at their own cost all relevant insurance (including but not limited to health and travel insurance, insurance for theft, loss and damage to property) which may be required or prudent to be taken. 
   24. The tickets are only valid for the dates and times shown; no alternatives will be available.
   25. If a booking is cancelled by the winner, no alternative tickets will be issued and for the avoidance of doubt, no compensation and/or refund will be provided.
   26. The winner will not be entitled to any compensation and will have no claim against the organisers if the holiday or any other event forming part of the Prize is delayed, postponed, rescheduled or cancelled.
   27. A valid credit or debit card will be required to check in to your room and will be used to guarantee any incidentals such as in- room calls or services.
   28. The winner is solely responsible for any additional charges incurred at the hotel during their stay, including, without limitation, costs of meals, drinks, additional nights and services together with related taxes.
   29. Return transfers from the winner’s home address to the international airport in their home country are not included. Return transfers      from the airport in London to the hotel and for the Stadium Tour and Match      are      included. 
   30. The winner must have a PayPal account or create one online for free. The winner will receive the £500 expenses and spending money to their PayPal account. 
   31. The winner is responsible for providing correct PayPal account details and the Promoter will not be liable for any Prize payments made into the wrong PayPal account.
   32. The winner must inform the Promoter of any wheelchair or any similar access needs. 
   33. For the avoidance of doubt, the Prize does not include travel/transportation, food, beverages, souvenirs, gratuities, car parking charges, or any other costs of a personal nature (including spending money) that are not explicitly set out in these Terms and Conditions and neither the Promoter nor any provider of any part of the Prize will be responsible for any such costs. 
   34. The winner is responsible for the behaviour of themselves and their guest whilst taking the Prize. The Promoter reserves the right in its absolute discretion to exclude a winner and/or their guest from participation in any aspect of the Prize if any party fails to comply with the directions of the Promoter or any companies associated with the Prize or if the winner and/or their guest act in a manner that is dangerous to yourselves or to the public or is, in the opinion of the Promoter, anti-social in any manner or which causes a disturbance or nuisance to others. Failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions may result in refused transport or entry, or the ticket holders being required to leave the venue.
   35. The winner and their guest must abide by any relevant terms and conditions which form part of the Prize. Whilst taking the Prize, they must not: be intoxicated, under the influence of drugs, underage, be abusive, threatening, make or incite racial abuse, chant, use offensive language, make obscene gestures, throw items, behave anti-socially, carry laser pens, bring animals (except guide dogs), carry offensive weapons or illegal substances, carry candles, climb any structure, make excessive noise, offer any item for sale, damage the venue or smoke. Failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions may result in refused entry, or the ticket holders being required to leave the venue.
   36. The winner and their guest must abide by any relevant terms and conditions set by the venues which form part of the Prize. It is their responsibility to ensure that they take care when moving around the venues.

9. Winner Selection: 1 provisional winner will be randomly selected from all valid entries received during the Promotion Period. For your total confidence, the Prize draw will be conducted by PromoVeritas, the independent promotional verification service, within 3 working days of the end of the Promotion Period.

10. Winner Notification: The provisional winner will be contacted via the email address provided on entry within 3 working days of Winner Selection and will be asked to provide evidence of identity and eligibility. Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the provisional winner. Once eligibility has been confirmed, the provisional winner will be confirmed as a winner. If the provisional winner does not respond to the initial contact within 14 days, we reserve the right to disqualify that entrant and award the Prize to a reserve selected in the same manner. Reserve winners may have less time to respond. 

11. Prize Acceptance: Notification to arrange fulfilment of the Prize will take place within 7 days of acceptance of the Prize. In the unlikely event that a winner has not received communication to arrange their Prize, the winner must inform the Promoter by emailing expressvpnxtottenham@promowinners.com within a further 14 days. If the winner does not do so, the Promoter reserves the right to not reissue the Prize at its sole discretion.

12. Provided no objection is received from the winner, a winner list containing the surname and county of residence of the winner will be made available by the Promoter 4 weeks after the close of the Promotion Period, for a period of 8 weeks. It will be available by sending a request via email to expressvpnxtottenham@promowinners.com. Winners can object to their details being published by emailing expressvpnxtottenham@promowinners.com. Without prejudice, the Promoter will provide winner information to the Advertising Standards Authority when requested by them.

13. The Promoter may request that the winner participates in publicity arising from the Promotion. Participation is at the winner’s discretion and is not a condition of Prize Acceptance.

14. The Promoter seeks to run a fair and secure promotion and prevent abuse and cheating. If you enter in a way that is not consistent with these Terms & Conditions, your entry (and any of your associated aliases) will be disqualified. Any Prize awarded may be void and recoverable, and the Promoter reserves the right to bar you from entering future promotions for a period of at least six months. For this reason, the Promoter reserves the right at any point to:

1. 1. Verify the eligibility of entrants and/or the provisional winner through multiple means by requesting such information it consider reasonably necessary for this purpose. Entry or a Prize may be withheld until verification is completed.
   2. Disqualify entries that are not made directly by the individual entering the Promotion. 
   3. Disqualify entries made using anonymous email services such as, but not limited to, GuerillaMail, Dispostable or Mailinator.
   4. Disqualify bulk entries from individuals, trade, consumer groups or third parties, incomplete entries and entries submitted by macros or other automated means.
   5. Disqualify entries beyond the maximum allowed, or those using techniques such as ‘script’, ‘brute force’, masking identity by manipulating IP addresses, using aliases or identities other than their own or any other means.
   6. Disqualify entrants who tamper with the entry process.
   7. Disqualify entries which, in some other way, do not meet the requirements of these Terms & Conditions. 
   8. Cancel, modify or suspend the Promotion should it not be capable of running as planned for reasons including but not limited to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, dishonesty, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion.

15. The Prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for monetary value or for any other form of compensation. If for any reason the Prize or any element of the Prize is not available, the Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion to substitute that Prize or element of the Prize for another of equal or greater value.

16. No responsibility can be taken for entries which are lost, delayed, corrupted, damaged, misdirected or incomplete or which cannot be delivered for any technical, delivery or other reason. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt. The Promoter does not guarantee continuous or secure access to expressvpn.com/spurs, expressvpn.com/tottenham-hotspur or expressvpn.com/go/tottenham-hotspur.

17. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies are not liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this Promotion (JS15283) or accepting or using the/a Prize(s), except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.  Nothing will exclude the Promoter’s liability for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence.

18. The Promoter will not be liable for any delay or failure to comply with its obligations for reasons beyond its reasonable control arising from but not limited to Acts of God, global or regional epidemic or pandemic, adverse weather conditions, fire, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, plague or other natural calamities, or any other circumstances.

19. All personal data supplied for this Promotion will be used for the purpose of this Promotion and for research and analytical purposes by the Promoter      . Personal data will not be disclosed to an unconnected third party unless your positive consent has been obtained. Your personal data will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy, available at: www.expressvpn.com/privacy-policy

20. If any part/s of these Terms & Conditions are legally ruled to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the remainder will not be affected and will continue in full force and effect.

21. By entering, you will be deemed to have agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

22. If there is a discrepancy between these Terms & Conditions and those in any promotional material, these Terms & Conditions will prevail. 

23. These Terms & Conditions are governed by English law and their interpretation and application will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
